Michael Sullivan's personal experience in commercial construction is drawn from the following projects:
Managed various commercial and residential projects including The Italian Consulate, Tutti Italia Retail Store, and the Great Harvest Bread Company retail outlet
Collaborated with Morrison Smith Architects for the design and/or construction of commercial projects. The projects completed include design build of an auto body repair facility; construction of interiors for regional headquarters for AT&T; design and construction management on fraternity residence at University of Oklahoma and space planning and construction of 16 office buildouts in Oklahoma City.
Managed rehab of parts of the first and second floors of the The Rookery Building, 209 South LaSalle Street. Included demolition of north half of second floor and buildout of executive offices for Continental Illinois National Bank, as well as reconstruction of facade on the first floor and remodeling of interior for CINB Personal Banking Services and Turner Construction.
Managed reconstruction of the first two floors of the Playboy Building for Turner Construction.
Supervision for all concrete work, carpentry work and site engineering; University of Illinois Parking Facility; Whitney Young High School, Chicago Police Academy; Mile Square Health Center; two CHA housing projects, Commonwealth Edison Generating Station, Budd Company plant expansion, Gary Indiana for SN Neilson Company.
