My father owned a home building company, so I began learning the business at an early age.
In 1952 he and my uncle built 300 new homes near McHenry, Illinois. 73 McArthur Loop, Fort Sheridan
I can still remember how impressed I was that he was responsible for building all
those new homes. He never bragged and often said things like,
"You always work for someone else, even if you are the owner of the company" and
"the customer is the boss... that's who I work for".
I believe those were the days and times that shaped
who I am as a builder today.
We understand that we are only a great builder if the
buyer says we are, and
continues saying so for many years. Our goal is to be
a great builder for you.

Jim has over 27 years as a licensed architect and
has an extensive professional history in both new and rehab residential
projects as well as commercial projects throughout Chicago and suburbs. Unlike many architects, his
through understanding of the construction phase enhances the entire home building process.

Pat ensures that customer service and
construction phases are progressing
efficiently by providing support to the
buyer/client, and Northpoint staff.
Pat is also responsible for Administration,
Planning, Operations, Marketing and Community
Relations.
